Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Penis Head

default
Posted on Wed, 16 Sep 2015
Question: I am male, 21 years old.
In MAY,2015 I noticed about 5 red spots on the glans of my penis head. There were small (1/2mm in diameter). They disappeared after some days. A few days later, some more appeared in different locations, and as I rolled my foreskin back over the head of my penis they seemed to be like a mirror image. I searched in google and took antibiotic medicine i.e., ERYTHROMYCIN 250 MG. THEY VANISHED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. A WEEK AGO I MASTURBATED 5 TIMES AND
YESTERDAY IN SLEEP I EJACULATED IN SLEEP WITHOUT MY ATTENTION.
For about 12 weeks these spots were disappearing and reappearing - sometimes with 3 or 4 days between them. Always different locations. They then vanished completely for about 3 months.

Again, no itching, no burning, no pain, no puss, no ulceration, no other problems urinating. At one stage i had some lower back pain and my lymph nodes in my neck were really painful for about 2 days, I'm not sure if it's in any way related.

There does seem to be a few specialists on the forum, and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice as to the cause of these, much less give me some information to go back to the doctor with, questions to ask, tests to suggest, etc...

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your photographs as well as questions very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.

Looking at your description this is a chronic and recurrent problem
Since you are masturbating in excess and you can't resist this feeling, so I will answer this first and subsequently all the questions.
You shouldn't stay alone, engage yourself into other pleasurable activities, stay with your family or friends, talk to them and don't even think of masturbation.
Develop some hobby of reading, listening music or playing games
Excess indulgence into masturbation can lead to weakness or inflammation of the penis.

As far as this rashes are concerned it doesn't seem to infectious one as you don't have any history of unprotected sexual exposure, or no other symptoms of the infection.

Here I would advise you to completely abstain from masturbation for sometime and apply some antiseptic ointment like mupirocin and keep it clean and moist.

If it doesn't improve and you seriously wish to see a doctor, you should ask for baseline investigations like CBC, LFT and coagulation studies.
You should ask and discuss with your doctor about correct procedure to do masterbate, you might be doing it wrongly and developing this issue again and again.
Another possibility of such rashes is allergic reaction with semen as you said you passed in underwear while sleeping.

Hope this answers your question
please feel free to ask for follow up, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes

AND DOES MASTURBATING AND NOCTURNAL EMISSIONS REDUCE THE CHANCES OF MAKING A WOMAN PREGNANT ? AM I SUFFERING FROM IMPOTENCE ?

SOMETIME MY TESTICLES ARE LOOSELY HANGING AND Now, my testicles hang loose most of the time. Whenever I get excited while watching porn , my penis gets erect but my testicles still hang. What is the problem?

Brief Answer:
There is not at all any problem, consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details.
Nocturnal emissions once in a week or fortnightly is normal when you don't masturbate. Its the body's natural mechanism to remove the stored sperms.

Neither of the condition is not related to infertility, you can very well conceive a woman if you have good and healthy sperm counts.

Testis may hang in scrotum, it's nothing much to worry, if it hangs it has adequate length of tubes and blood vessels.

In my opinion you should exercise regularly
Have well balanced diet consisting of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
you can take multivitamin supplements

Hope this answers your question
please fell free to discuss further I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes

Hello
I had gone through your photographs
Looking at your pictures and descriptions possibility of Herpes can't be ruled out.
Another possibility is other inflammatory conditions.
Since you have a chronic and recurrent problem and you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of a doctor, these medicines are not available over the counter so I would advise you to visit a dermatologist immediately for physical examination, base line investigations and prescription medicines.

Meanwhile wash it antiseptic soap or solution and maintain good hygiene
Best wishes
