Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I understand your concerns and I am pretty clear about your clinical situation. The cause of your radiating pain in left hip, thigh and further down the lower limb is lumbo-sacral radiculopathy, secondary to degenerative spine disease.

Though,it is apparent that you don't have any significant motor deficit or neurological disability and so the core of the management is physiotherapy/spinal exercises coupled with medicines.

However,I would be in a better position to comment upon it if you can upload the image or report of your MRI of lumbo-sacral spine.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
