Brief Answer:
Upload image, cherry angiomas

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic,

As per your description it looks like Cherry angiomas. It is like papules on the skin containing an abnormal proliferation of blood vessels. At the time of development it appears a small red dot of few millimeter in diameter. The colour may be bright red or purple. The number and size of cherry angiomas increases with advancing age. They are harmless.

Alternatively there may be hemorrhagic blood filled vesicle.

I would like to advise you to send clinical picture to us for proper diagnosis.
There is a feature to upload the image by yourself on the right side of this query page. You may utilize that. Alternatively, you can mail it to YYYY@YYYY with subject line as "ATTN: Dr. Shahid Hassan

Brief Answer:
Angiokeratoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,

I have reviewed photograph you have uploaded.

Although the photograph is not very clear it looks like angiokeratoma.
Angiokeratomas are small dark red to purple raised spots. They are composed of surface blood vessels (dilated capillaries).
It is of angiokeratoma of fordyce type, in female most common site is labia majora of the vulva, inner thigh and lower abdomen. Usually the are single or may be multiple.
Angiokeratomas are harmless surface vascular lesions that can usually be left alone. Trauma may leads to bleeding.

For confirmation of disease and if the spot turns black a biopsy is needed to differentiate it from melanoma.

Treatment is only for cosmetic purpose and can be easily removed by electrocautery.

Hope this will help you.
Thanks.
