Hello again.
This is a very common problem encountered in young people.
It can be dealt best with a combination of medical and nonmedical measures.
Nonmedical measures comprise pelvic exercises like kegel exercises and also avoiding anxiety. Meditation has proved helpful in some. Also diverting your mind prior to ejaculation helps too.
Alongwith medicines like clomipramine or dapoxetine etc has proved to be helpful.
I also prefer to combine these two methods for patients presenting with such problem.
You can consult your family doctor for prescription of the above.
