Brief Answer:
You need to slow down when you feel that you are nearing climax

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. What you mention is known as premature ejaculation. Proper technique is important in such a case. Firstly you need to indulge in prolonged foreplay so that you can gradually build upon the excitement and arousal. Proper psychological involvement in important in such a case. You also need to learn to go at a steady pace and go slow whenever you feel that you are nearing climax. With gradual practice you would be able to perform much better.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Medical management possible

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. You can go through the following guideline on medical management of erectile dysfunction:

Medicines like Clomipramine, Fluoxetine or Paroxetine have been shown to be effective in such situations. Since these are prescription medicines you might need to visit a doctor to get them written down for you.
