Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Question: I am having premature ejaculation. I am passing on within some seconds of insertion. I need an emergency medicine to stop it as I am going out with my gf tomorrow.

Premature Ejaculation (PME) is diagnosed when male partner ejaculates so early before female partner reaches orgasm.
As you need urgent help I can suggest name of medicines but these are prescription medicines and will not be available without written prescription of a doctor.
Depoxetine is used on required basis for PME and to be taken only before 2 hours of intercourse.
Clomipramine or paroxetine can be taken daily initially and later on only when needed.
You can discuss the same what I have described with your GP and get the prescription.

Even on phone chemist can not issue the medicines until we have met personally and chemist is knowing me personally.
But yes go to any doctor near to your vicinity and ask him/her to write prescription of depoxetine 30 mg. No significant side effect of one dose of depoxetine.
You can try if you can get without prescription. But it is always safe to take any medicine with consultation of a doctor. If any side effect occurs your treating doctor can help immediately.

According to different studies depoxetine increase the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(time when you insert erect penis in vagina and starts movements) from 20-30 seconds to 300 to 500 seconds in different studies.
