Brief Answer:
Can occur due to ADD but other causes should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. A lot of individuals suffer from ADHD symptoms. Symptoms like poor concentration, lack of focus, difficulty in studying etc are seen. But associated hyperactivity and impulsivity also occurs in individuals. You are an adult so other causes of poor attention, lack of focus should also be ruled out. Depression, Vitamin B12 deficiency etc are common causes of such symptoms in adults. So I'd advise you to visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and making a diagnosis.

I'd advise you to start taking Vitamin B12, Vitamin E supplements. This will result in improvement of cognitive functions and you will see significant improvement of your focus. Omega 3 Fatty Acid supplements are also very helpful. So start taking these supplements and you will feel improvement in about 6-8 weeks.

If symptoms persist and comes out due to ADHD then medicines like Amphetamines can be used. Other drugs like Modafinil or Armodafinil can also help and are safer than Amphetamines. Please visit a psychiatrist for proper evaluation abs help.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
