Question: Hello, my name is XXXXXXX I have a plugged right ear and the last two days it has affected my equilibrium greatly. Now I can't fully close my right eye easily.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on the symptoms, you could be developing a facial muscle weakness (facial palsy) on the right side. The symptoms include inability to close the eyes, deviation of angle of mouth to one side and leaking of food/water on the affected side.

You can get examined to confirm or exclude the same. Ear examination should also be done to exclude any infection.
