Brief Answer: argan oil alone might not help. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing to us. You have generalised plaque psoriasis. So just using topical therapy alone won't help. Argan oil contains antioxidants and has antiinflammatory activity, so has some efficacy in psoriasis. However using it alone won't clear your lesions. In my opinion, Use a mild soap like cetaphil Apply moisturiser like venusia XXXXXXX or cetaphil multiple times in a day. You may also use argan oil or coconut oil Apply steroid salicylic acid cream twice in a day Consult a doctor to start methotrexate systemically. Once lesions resolve we may reduce the dose to a level which is low but effective enough to prevent relapse. I know psoriasis can be quite frustrating, but believe me patience and compliance to treatment would help. Take care
