Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Penis

Question: Hello Doctor,

Yesterday after having intercourse small pimples arise on my penis. My penis became red and started hurting. Please check the pic of penis attached.

Not sure if it is some kind of infection. It never happened before. Please help me to get rid of it.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like an allergic reaction.
Infections dont develop so fast.
Please apply a mild steroid cream.
I usually prescribe fluticasone cream to my such patients and they get good relief with that.
