skin at the tip of my penis got kind of stuck in the front and is impossible to bring it back, extremely painful to have sex. I have been diagnosed diabetic quiet recently. What is the possible solution?

1. Avoid stretching the foreskin
2. Apply steroid cream on the affected area, however it may not be effective
3. If the above measures fail to respond, consult a general surgeon
4. Surgical removal of the foreskin (circumcision) under anesthesia is the standard and mainstay treatment of the tight foreskin.
5. Circumcision is curative and preventive in the sense it maintains good hygiene (because of lack of smegma), you will have a satisfactory sexual activity and also prevents the cancer.
