Brief Answer:
This is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

May I please know a bit more details:
Are you married/have sex life?
If yes, is there any problem you are facing?

At the age of 33 the pliability of the skin is reduced, yet you can try the following:
- Buy KY jelly from Medical store (Xylocaine or such anesthetic jelly to be avoided, but can be used id KY Jelly is no available).
You can use lipguard (vaseline) and honey mixture made at home but needs cleaning properly.
- Put the jelly under the foreskin as a lubricant and try to move the foreskin above the glans only to the extent that the pain is not produced.
- Over the weeks the ring formed by the the foreskin will loosen and one day you can move back the whole skin.
- Remember there should be no injury to the foreskin, no ulceration created because they will go into fibrosis making the process impossible later.
- This will take weeks or may be one and haft month, but is 100% successful in children and can be tried in adults.
- Take antioxidants in the form of multivitamins, it does help.

All the best.
I hope this will solve your problem, start doing this. Go slow and gradual.
