Needs management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking at HCM!

I understand your concern. Phimosis can be a mess. Both phimosis and paraphimosis are the complication of foreskin uncircumcised and poor hygiene and excessive frictions like masturbations or aggressive coituses.

There are many conservative options but betamethasone is used rarely for it predisposes to further infection, helps inflammation though. I recommend hydrocortisone creams easily available over the counter. Also dont forget to apply antifungal ointments. Also Try manual reduction slowly and gradually. Osmotic methods, puncture methods and hyaluronidases applications also help.

If none of the above works, there is another option named vertical incision of the foreskin, small cut relieves the adhesion. ANd last but not the least and once and for all solution of it is which you are not willing to.

Get in touch with your urologist and let them be the judge of that.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please. May the odds be ever in your favour.

He is right too :)

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back!

That is the ultimate and recommended procedure. But we have to accept the will of pur patients. If they are not interested we can provide alternatives even if they are not as good as the one despised.

SO the other doctor is right too. But there is no harm in starting form less invasive options.

Take care
