Question: Hi,
I am 35 yrs old . I was facing severe hair loss from last 1 yr. Then i became carrying and when I started taking iron tab it started growing. This was my 2 nd pregnancy and this time during pregnancy I was having thyroid pblm. And from 7 month onwards I was having bp. I was also taking ecosprin during my pregnancy period .till 34 days before delivery.i alsi stopped thyroid tablet and bp tablet as per doctors instruction . After delivery again my periods were not regular just like before conceiving. When gone to gynac she told me since I am having polycystic ovaries to take femilon . I am having that. And again my hair fall started now(9 months after delivery). Now it's severe . Kindly advise.

Brief Answer:
Hair fall problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic

I do understand your concern

With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out Hypothyroidism and for it you need a physical examination and to confirm it you need [T3,T4 & TSH] test and treatment depends upon report only and it should not be stopped at all. Do take medications for your PCOD as advised by your doctor to balance body hormones.

Hope that helps
