Brief Answer:
Stop tablet telday and mahaflox.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Telday is having telmisartan. It is anti hypertensive drug. And no role in taking alternate day.
And her BP is not that high for starting antihypertensive drug. You can wait by avoiding high salt intake.
In my opinion, no need for mahaflox as well.
Since she is not having fever, no need to give higher antibiotic for prolong time.
She has completed 1 course of antibiotic and that is enough.
No need for second antibiotic if she is not having fever. So you should stop mahaflox and telday both.
In my opinion, you should consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
According to the PFT report, she may need additional inhaled treatment because uncontrolled asthma can also cause coughing and sputum production.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your mother. Thanks.
