Brief Answer:
need further investigations as well as clinical evaluation..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now at such a young age cause of back pain can be due to several reasons, which i'm not going to describe you as they'll confuse you further..

Please let me know , if there was any history of injury/trauma to the back ..

How did it start ? Was it all of a sudden or a gradual pain ?

Can you please try to locate the area , is it upper back/lower back or any specific region ?

Is there any swelling/redness/discoloration over the affected area ? Is it painful to touch ?

Anything which relieves the pain perhaps ? any particular thing which worsens it ?

Is the pain staying at the same area or is it radiating to somewhere else also ?

Any other significant medical/surgical history ?

Now at this time , I'd advice her to stay rested to keep the area minimal stress..

She can take simple pain killer like Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg three times a daily after food for symptomatic relief..

Meanwhile it'll be a good idea to schedule an appointment with an orthopedician for a detailed physical check-up as well as some necessary investigation (i.e. metabolic profile along with electrolytes, renal function test, X-ray of the affected spinal region etc.).. exact treatment is entirely dependent upon the findings , so the problem is needed to be diagnosed at first and then treating accordingly..

Let me know if there's any further doubts..

Wishing her the best of health..

Take Care
Kind Regards
