As per your complain it is not Para XXXXXXX but Periodontal gum disease which is deep infection in gums leading spread of infection to the underlying supporting bone..

Please explain the symptoms that she is facing like loosening of teeth, gum bleeding, pain, gum swelling, pus discharge, receeding gums etc so that I can guide you better..

Also please explain if your mother is having any medical problems or is she on any medications?
