Suggest Treatment For Perineal Abscess
Question: Think i might have a boil ot cyst ?How do i know?! Can i deal with this with otc meds?

This looks like perianal or perineal abscess and if there is pain and redness which is obvious, then treatment is required as soon as possible. I suggest to visit a surgeon and at this point antibiotic therapy may be efficient,although if there is pus collection and intensive pain then it should be surgically drained under general anasthesia.
