Question: I am a 37 year old female and have perifollicular fibrosis all over my face. Are there any treatments?
My biopsy showed that I had Perifollicular fibroplasia consistent with perifollicular fibroma

I have reviewed your information totally. This is suggestive of an inflammatory reaction following the treatment. This leads to the production of fibrous tissue which explains the biopsy findings. To say this can be treated means it has to be taken out and that will only give room for more fibrosis. I will recommend you exercise patience and accept any further measures after a well thought process. I will greatly discourage any of such.
