Brief Answer:
To rule out urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXX

Burning pain while passing urine associated with Fever , possibility of Urinary tract infection needs to be ruled out
The upper abdominal pain especially situated just below the rib cage is likely to be due to associated Gastritis.

I would suggest you the following

1. Urine Routine and microscopic examination
2. Urine Culture and antibiotic sensitivity
3. Total Blood count
4. Ultrasound scan of abdomen

In the meantime I would advise you the following

1. Ensure good intake of water :2 to 3 liter a day

2. Paracetamol for control of Fever

3. Tablet Pantoprozole which suppresses gastric acid secretion will help reduce upper abdominal pain.

4. Antibiotics can be initiated after urine report

Do keep me updated

Take care
