Brief Answer:
polyp can be excised

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Polyp can be cured by surgical resection.
Clinical course depends on the size and site of the polyp.
It should not be a costly affair because the surgery can be done under local anesthesia and can be done on day care basis.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.

Brief Answer:
papilloma/polyp

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
It should be examined by a clinician first. It may be a polyp or a papilloma.
Because papilloma grows more often at that site and more so if you have recent sexual exposure.
If it is really a polyp then it can be excised as I have already explained to you.
Take care.

Better get a local examination for final diagnosis and confirmation.
