Brief Answer:
Try Becosules and Ubiquinone gel instead.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. A painful mouth ulcer can be caused due to injury, chemical trauma or a vitamin deficiency.
2. I would ask you to stop dentogel.
3. The best treatment for you is a B complex combination like "Rinifol" or "Becosules".
4. I recommend gels that contain "ubiquinone" such as UBI-Q gel. This is similar to dentogel. Apply on the ulcer twice a day.
5. I would ask you to stop eating spicy foods, or hot beverages as they can cause or exacerbate ulcers.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
