Brief Answer:
Please get evaluated by a Dr or a Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to Health Care Magic.
When was the Endoscopy done?
This usually does not happen.
Please apply ice if it happened within past 6 hours.
If longer, then do warm foamentation. You can take Tab Paracetamol 500mg twice a day for the inflammation.
It would be better to see a Dr or a Surgeon to know whether the cut needs any Surgical treatment.
It should be fine in a few days.
Do not worry.
Take care and do let me know how I can help you further.
