Brief Answer:
Probably you have genital tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Since when you have pain? Do you fever? Do you have vaginal discharge too?
Pelvic collection of fluid can occur with ovulation. It can occur with pelvic infection too. Since you have pain you probably have genital infection. It is important that you get vaginal swabs done to find out the organism causing infection so that appropriate treatment can be given.
If Pap smear is due get that also done.

If the pelvic collection is due to ovulation, it causes mild pain which subsides in 2-3 days. In that case vaginal itching that you have is due to coincidental vaginal infection. Did your doctor do internal examination? Did she say you have fungal infection? if it is not fungal infection again you need to get vaginal swabs done.

Do not worry about the small fibroids. Many women have these around this age. They are benign masses of muscle cells and most of the time cause no problem.
I hope this helps.
