Question: What can I do for my continuous pain. I fell into an excavated hole 3 1/2 years ago. My right hip, right shoulder and lower back are bothering me more frequently now. Temperature drop may be affecting as well.

Brief Answer:
Take muscle relaxants.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You are already taking high doses ibuprofen and tylenol. If there is no relief then you need to get muscle relaxants prescribed from your physician. In addition to this doing a hot fomentation with a hot water bag and applying a local analgesic gel on the affected areas will help you. Stronger prescription pain killers like taramadol will also help.
Investigations and physical examination are also needed to rule out frozen shoulder and disc prolapse.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

The heat packs, I have used icy-hot, heat wraps so I can try the gel. I'm assuming it's over the counter. Tramadol, and muscle relaxants sounds like a possibility, I assume that's prescription(s). If I move forward with that, cost is a factor of course, sad to say, is that something I can get from you? Thank you XXXX

Brief Answer:
No online prescriptions allowed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Tramadol and muscle relaxants are prescription drugs and cannot be prescribed online without an actual examination. You will have consult your physician for that. You can try gel which is available over the counter.
