Brief Answer:
Clinical examination and removal of foreign body

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Swallowing of bone or any other foreign body should be followed by clinical examination of the throat to remove any foreign body.
Many foreign bodies go down the throat into the esophagus down to the stomach, however, many sharp foreign bodies get stuck in the pharynx at the level of vallecula.
These stuck foreign bodies can be removed under direct vision.

Thus, you need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical examination and removal of the foreign body.

Thanks and take care
