Brief Answer:
Right back Pain with?UTI with ? undiagnosed PID/ Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.

My opinion-

In the given situation- You seem to be suffering from-UTI with accompanied with ? Lumbar Spine Syndrome with PID.
Other causes as-Constipation with IBS and others, need to be ruled out. For this you need to Consult GI-Surgeon / Urologist / Orthopedic Surgeon.

Do's Suggested-

Get Urinalysis with CT Abdomen.
Rest to back from work x 2 weeks.
Anti-inflammatory with local Diclofenac Gel x 10 days.
Consult with GI Surgeon/ Urologist / Orthopedic Surgeon if pain still persists.
Anti-spasmodic medicines to control pains
Plenty of fluids orally
Bland diet with rice/banana/with Yoghurt/ buttermilk
All this for 3-weeks.
But you need to concentrate on investigating the causes of it as discussed herewith..

Dear, for this you should Consult with Surgeon and other team as suggested, who would investigate and treat it according to the cause fixed for this pain in your right back.

Further suggestions in this regard would need more information / investigations after getting more details from You.
