Brief Answer:
Probable causes to pain:constipation/uro-genital issues as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Having significant pain on your right side immediately below your waist is due to bloating (distended bowels). This distention can be due to being constipated?

The fall you had (and if your abdomen was hurt) can partially explain the pain. However, as you are reporting that the pain is greatly worse just recently, then, we should identify other causes as mentioned above.

Further examinations are advised for this purpose, like abdominal ultrasound, urine analysis, complete blood count.

For the moment, I advise to:
- avoid foods/drinks that would aggravate bloating
- do not use straws while drinking
- take simethicone for the bloating
- if constipated, take gentle laxatives to have a bowel movement (bm); and eat more fiber rich foods
- mephenamic acid or spasmex can help improve the pain

Wish fast recovery!
