Brief Answer:
Bilateral minimal hydrocele is secondary to mild infection of Testicles

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has pain in both testicles and ultrasound Scanning has revealed bilateral minimal hydrocele ,The hydrocele he has is secondary to mild infection of Testicles .

It should get resolved with antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice dail for a 2 weeks .

The prominent pancreatic and biliary system are not related to bilateral hydrocele .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
