Brief Answer:
Can be nerve affection from neck bones or shoulder

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

this is very likely a nerve affection which can come from the cervical spine or shoulder. If you were my patient, i'd usually advise getting x rays of cervical spine and potentially mri of cervical spine depending on the findings in examination.

Also a nerve potential examination through a neurologist should be dicussed.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
