Brief Answer:
Symptomatic treatment may be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and recent history of injury.

The fact that CT scan of head was normal, rules out any serious problem.

As of now, you can start Naproxen tablets, two times daily. You should feel better in a few days. If the symptoms persist, you may get a repeat CT scan done, as delayed bleeding may occur in a small number of patients.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
