Question: hello. 52 male here. yesterday i started dragging my right foot and cannot cross my toes on that side. also increased lower back pain today.

Dear patient,

this can be sign of slipped disc/ disc prolaps. The usual treatment is local warmth, physical therapy and pain mediaction/ injections as perscribed by our doc. Since you are dragging your right foot i suggest orthopedic consultation to rule out any ischiadic nerve affection. In severe cases surgery is an option when conservative treatment is not helping.
