Brief Answer:
precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have back ache in last few weeks of pregnancy which can be relieved by adequate rest but make sure she lies in sidewise manner and not straight on her back.
Also she can take hot fomentation from hot water bottle and apply diclofenac gel on her back as and when required.
For foot pain she needs some physiotherapy.
Foot pain is common due to expansion of the bone and cartilage due to pregnancy hormones and thus it presses the nerves causing pain.
Visit a good physiotherapist and she will be relieved by simple exercises.
Also ask her to wear flat slippers without heels and avoid heavy weight lifting like a pile of clothes or a bucket of water.
I hope this will help her and in case you have any questions related to the issue I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
It is very common for baby to not to move for a few hours as baby sleeps too like us.
It is more common after heavy meals so in case movements resume themselves then nothing to worry.
Ask her to shake the baby with the palm of hand on her tummy and see for movements in next few minutes.
But in case this period if inactivity persists for more than 12 hours then visit your doctor for examination.
Also you can get an ultrasound at 36 weeks (in case you haven't had any in past 1 month) which will tell you the baby growth, position and liquor.
Take care
