Question: For Dr. XXXXXXX Bhavsar

sir i am using same medicine (montelukast and fexofenadine) now from 20 days. my cold condition is very much ok. But i have the same problem of back head pain , it feel like tightness at the back head. 2 week back it was started and at the time i was having ear pain too.. but now ear pain is very less now.. but back head pain is still there. when i wake up in morning it feel very less. but later on it became little more stronger. Now sir i have some questions.
Does such pain that leads to neck or back head pain is a symptom of HIV? because i have listen such tye of neck pains and flue are the symptom of infection.
or such pain could be due to sinus? or allergy
i have a bad habit of less sleeping from years. does such pain is related to lack of sleeping? (i sleep 4 hours ).
one last question is , as i told you when i came in the place where i am living from last 3 month. my eyes became red and near about every evening , i was having red and watery eyes with runny nose. then shifted to flue or cold. and now due to your recommended medicine i have very less symptoms but still i feel slight throat irritations sometime. sir i am waiting for your suggestions and reply. thanks

Brief Answer:
Sinus infection can cause such type of headache.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, Sinus infection can cause such type of headache. But it won't show only headache. Stiffness in nose, sneezing, running nose, fever etc will also be there if it is Sinus infection.
So I don't think you are having Sinus infection.
And no need to worry for HIV infection for these vague pains.
Yes, inadequate sleep can cause such type of pains. So start taking adequate sleep. Why you are sleeping for so less hours?
No need to worry for slight throat irritation.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Sir no specific reason i have for less sleep. its only a bad habit which i am trying to leave.
problem is my cold condotions like sneezing and watery eyes are reduced due to two tablets which you jave recomended. but my back head pain which started 2 weeks back is also with ear pain. does such type of pain is due to less sleep? or some infection? or back head pain is only less sleep and other symptoms are due to allergy? i have listen that hiv cause neck pain. and also such type of symptoms which are similar to allergy. is that right? and i have told u already that once i observed bserved blood in phlegm 5 month back. is that also related with all these problems?

And honestly speaking, you will find each and every every symptom in the the list of HIV AIDS symptomatology. So don't correlate all yours symptoms with HIV AIDS.
Your Sneezing etc symptoms are due allergy and viral infection while your backache, headache etc are due to lack of sleep.
Please don't correlate all these with HIV AIDS.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
