Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Right Testicle
Question: Pain in Right testicle since 20 days,mild swollen seen,checked with an urologist andd described as hydrocele and recommended DOLO-650 & Chymoral Forte-DS for 10 days,now i feeling better but still there is dull pain some time in a day.
My doctor suggested continue this medicine for minimum 10 day or more,is these medicines are safe to consume longer period of time.Can there alternative medicine or home remedy for quick recovery,and pre caution i must take going forward.
I am attaching my urine test report for your reference.

Dear Sir,
Ultrasound and color doppler was not done,my doctor physically examined and suggested as hydrocele.
Even in my second visit he suggested for continuing with these medicine and go for Scrotal support.
And there is no urinary symptoms before the swelling and pain occurred,and even now also i am not experiencing either.
Please suggest how long i will continue with these medicine....
In my next visit should i ask my doctor for ultrasound / color doppler test.

Dear Sir,
As per your suggestion i have done the ultrasound 3 days back ,result says no hydrocele or varicocele,this is mild epididymitis in the right side,i have attached the report for your reference,pls check.
And my doctor is advised to continue with Dolo-650 & Chymoral Forte-DS for 10 more days thrice daily as these are safe medicine for prolonged use.
From online i came to for Epididymitis treatment you need to have an antibiotic course,my question is dose these medicines having antibiotic values.
Is my treatment is going on right direction ?
As i am travelling outside country in next week so i am bit worried about my treatment .
