Question: I have a small swollen in palatalassal arch and pain in back of the neck last three months What should I do sir?

1. There does not seem to be any connection or relation to this swelling and the pain.

2. The swelling is most likely to be a small lymphoid tissue or a minor salivary gland.

4. Routine medication with an anti inflammatory and anti allergy medication should settle this down.
