Brief Answer:
Can be vulvovaginitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The burn and oozing on the outer labia can happen due to a superficial skin infection or allergic dermatitis or vulvovaginitis. You need to wear only loose cotton undergarments. You can apply a local antiseptic cream like Neosporin H and do consult a gynecologist for a direct examination as proper prescription oral antibiotics are needed to control the infection.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Suggests an infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
A swollen lymph node suggests a mild infection in the local area. Oral antibiotics will help.
