Numbness in hands and feet can be because of various reasons like neuropathy due to diabetes mellitus, vitamin B12 deficiency or generalised nerve dysfunction.
I will suggest you to consult a neurologist for proper examination , investigations including blood sugar levels, vitamin B12 levels and nerve conduction velocity test.
Further treatment should be done accordingly.
