Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Legs

Question: I am having numbness in one of my feet and also cramping in my leg muscles. I am not over weight. I am not diabetic. I see a cardiologist, had a stress test last month and everything was fine.

Numbness is usually a neurological symptom. The source of this symptom is usually in the spine. Some compression in the spine (like spine disc herniation) can cause back pain, leg pain, leg numbness. So you should see neurologist with this problem.
Vascular issues usually give leg swelling (if veins are the problem) or cold leg and calf pain while walking (if arteries are the case).
Calf cramping is usually caused by Magnesium and Potassium deficiency. Therefore Magnesium and Potassium supplementation along with coffee limiting should help with this problem.
