Question: Nocturnal leg cramps unrelieved by Tonic water with quinine, OTC leg cramp medications, topical arthritis rubs for pain, and NSAIDS. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

Hello,
I have studied your case.Nocturnal leg cramps are mostly due to weak muscles. It is due to lack of salt and calcium in body.I have following suggestions for you.
1.take glass of water with one tea spoon ful of salt whenever you have such cramps, also you can take it before going to sleep.
2.tablet Calcium 1000 mg daily and vitamin D 3 60000 unit per week for six weeks.
3.tablet Methylcobal one daily.
4.if you smoke then avoid it. If you have high sugar or thyroid problem then make sure that these reports are with in normal limit.
