Brief Answer:
Be positive & you would find the way out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query under Health care magic . I have read it carefully . I am sorry for your sufferings.Let us find some way out .
* First of all we must understand the say" god helps them who help themselves!"
So the battle must start from ownself... In the way we must always have a positive approach for the problem. And in this respect, scaring/ fearing, losing faith, disappointment does not have any place. One must try to have a sound & optimistic psychology . For Mind governs our body & it has tremendous power to control our lives!
Your menopause is likely to interfere with this . But in spite of that, negativity may be conquered with self efforts ( concentration exercises & meditation) supported by help of a counselor.
*Self care- I observe that you are undertaking it to large extent.. still let us summarize it & get consistent in adopting it.
- Avoid sun in middle of day... But I would suggest to avoid sun totally/ use protective majors all the time & take Vitamin D supplements as per need ( according to Vit. D levels in blood )
- Sunscreen use- You are already using it ( 75 proof sunscreen.) .. I would advice to use Broad spectrum sunscreen as it protects both VUA & UVB.after discussing it with your doctor.
- Use protective clothes. Ware dark & tight clothing to cover your body. Do not expose any part to sun.
- Check your skin regularly & report it to your doctor.
* Doctor's advise- Keep in touch regularly with your treating Oncologist & follow the advise given strictly It can be medical or surgical treatment.. go for it.Today with advent of new techniques any deformity can be corrected later on. Our aim for the time being is to control/ remove the basic problems effectively & get the precautions well fitted in our life style
- And I am sorry to note,in spite of knowing many things in the management you are missing to be regular & particular. I request you to get yourself ready Psychologically for the battle & drive away the dreadful problem bravely!
I hope that helps you. Any more query you have please feel free to ask.\
