Brief Answer:
CONTINUE ALOPATHY AND HOMOEOPTHY

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
It seems like an environmental allergy. There are many syndromes which associate nasal polyps with allergy but let's not get into those and concentrate on your specific problem.
You were quite well in north east XXXXXXX and have symptoms in XXXXXXX so it changes with environment and it is also seasonal.
You can use homoeopathy alongwith alopathy because they don't interact with each other. Also take duonase nasal spray and montelukast-levocetrizine combination. Both are beautiful drugs. You can take the above combination during season changes also as prophylaxis or to control its occurrence. Also do the following-
Get an X-ray PNS done.
Get a blood count done, eosinophils being most important.
Get IgE checked.
Get a skin allergy test done.

Get back with the reports or contact your consulting doctor for further advice.

Hope I have answered your question.

1. nasal allergy during this pd(mar -apr) usually deteriorates into asthamatic conditions leading to throat infection first followed by congested chest. This is preceeded by GRADUAL reduction of nasal allergy. When chest is congested there is no nasal allergy OR IT HAS SUBSIDED.
2. which inhaler apart from duonase should i use at this stage to prevent asthamatic condition . I have BEEN USING AEROCOT/SEROFLO/ ASTHALIN. WHICH INHALER SHOULD I USE ONCE I ALREADY HAVE ASTHAMATIC CONDITION ie wheezing and chest congestion

Brief Answer:
USE ASTHALIN; AEROCORT IF NOT RELIEVED

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Duonase already contains steroid so you should better start with asthalin. If there is no relief, then only you can shift to aerocort or seroflo for additional dosage of steroid.
Also, the drug montelukast which was advised with levocetrizine is used as a prophylaxis of asthma. So if you take it for about 1-2 months during the seasonal changes, it is very effective. I myself use it 2-3 months a year and have got excellent results.
If you are having symptoms of asthma now, start inhaler. Continue other tablets.

Wish you good health.
