Brief Answer:
Crestor and Rosuvastatin are a group of drugs called statins

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic, Crestor and Rosuvastatin are a group of drugs called statins as you may already know.
These lead to muscle involvement called myopathy as a side effect.
You can take Co enzyme Q 10 and/or L Carnitine to prevent these symptoms.
Alternately you can go back to Crestor since you seem to have had fewer side effects with it.
Or reduce dose of Rosuvastatin if you are taking more than 10 mg.
Please discuss this with your doctor.
