Brief Answer:
For now, monitor only!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you felt while jogging. Sports is a great way of life and I strongly encourage you to keep doing so. I ahem reviews your information and the past tests. This is very reassuring and it is very unlikely that your symptoms could have been caused by a heart disease. For now, this may be caused by the disc protruding at the cervical region as the nerves to this area arise from here. Monitoring only is what I recommend. If anything else comes up in future, then we shall revisit that accordingly. Keep me posted on the progress.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thanks dr for your quick reply

I forget to mention that i feel this minor pain when take deep breath through my workout .
A very few times i felt it without any exercise .
Why it worsen with exercises ?
I am sure that it is not related to cardiac issue as i heared before that if it is related to angina or something it will be unbearable pain that will force me to stop exercising . Am i right ?

Brief Answer:
Yes!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Angina pain is sever in the middle part of the chest that comes on with exercise and gets better with rest. This is clearly not what causes it. During exercise, we move joints and it is more likely for the discs in the neck area to revoke this pain. Like i mentioned, there is nothing to be damn scared of at this time. Keep an eye on the pain and only seek further attention ifs something new comes up.

Until next, I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Yes!

Detailed Answer:
Because of the protrusions, you need regular exercise to make sure the joints do not get stiff. It is always a plus but not an emergency for you at this time.Do it at your convenience and when the resources are available.

Cheers!

Good morning Dr.

May i ask you a small question when i did full check up through my company the fasting blood sugar was 92 & after meal was 85 . This reading is normal or what ? They told me that if it is not normal they were supposed to mention it in the report . But they sidn't mention anything so that mean it is normal .

Brief Answer:
This reading is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This reading is normal and there is no reason to worry about it. Saying it is abnormal in the first place is grossly misleading.

I wish you well.
