Brief Answer:
Xray KUB

Detailed Answer:
No,mild pelvicalceal (fullness ) dilatation are usually not dangerous . But the cause has to be identified and treated early in order to prevent the drastic complications like hydronephrosis.
The most common cause for pelvicalceal fullness is renal stones .
So , i suggest you to do an X ray KUB (KIDNEY, URETER , BLADDER) to rule out the cause. Appropriate treatment follows after diagnosis.
Follow up with the results,
Hope helped you
