Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Skin And Warts
Question: Hi.
I have noticed what seem some under the skin lumps or possible warts
on the outer skin of my penis at the top third of my length not on the foreskin . They are not sore or causing any pain just look strange.. they are all in one place and not wide spread. When my penis Is erect they can not be seen. I was wondering if this was just age related or genital warts ?
I can't seem to find someone the option to upload any photos so please can you advise.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clear pictures/attachments.
The are called Fordyce spots and are tiny white spots, found on the head of the penis or the shaft (as in your case), they may look more prominent. They are normal. These are minute sebaceous glands and are just part of the natural structure.
Fordyce spots are not sexually transmitted and they don’t do any harm. There’s absolutely no need for any treatment.
I hope this answers your query.
