Brief Answer:
Repetitive stress injury or artheitis can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to repetitive stress injury or arthritis of lower back joints.
Use proper chair for sitting. You can put a pillow on lower back for support. Hot fomentations , taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and applying NSAID gels like diclofenac (Volini) will be helpful. Use hard mattress for sleeping. Use pillows to keep below knees while sleeping. You can also do back strengthening exercises by lying down.
If there is no improvement then consult and orthopaedician and do x rays of lumbosacral spine and hip joints to rule out arthritis or disc problems. In such case doing physiotherapy like TENS , ultrasound , massage etc will be helpful also.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
