Brief Answer:
Its Radiculopathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting your query.

Your back and foot pain is due to a condition called Radiculopathy. This is a condition where there occurs compression of a nerve in between the back bones. Due to this compression you feel the pain from back till foot because this nerve supplies sensation from back to foot.

I think the same thing is also happening at your neck level also and that is causing the chest and underarm pinching pain.

You need to get an MRI Cervical and Lumbar Spine which will confirm the diagnosis and also tells us the severity.

The treatment depends on the severity , if it is mild it can be treated with medicine and physiotherapy but if severe it needs operation.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.

Regards.
