Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count

Question: My name is XXXXXXX I am a 38-year-old male. I eat very healthy- I eat a good mixture of carbs, fats, minerals, vitamins and proteins. I work out and otherwise I'm a very healthy individual; however I have been to the doctor because my sperm count seems to be low. When I ejaculate, very little comes out. The doctor checked my sperm and said that they were weak. I asked him how to improve my sperm count and how to make my sperm stronger, but he never really replied in a constructive way. Please let me know what I can do to improve my situation. Thank you.

If you have really got it done then let me know the findings. If not then please get it done.
There can be genetic trouble or immune related disorder behind such problems.
