Brief Answer:
Needs detail evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are known diabetic and have problem of low sex desire (Libido)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Since ow long you have been facing this problem?
2) Are you married and how many children you have ?
3) Is your diabetes under control.?
4) Are you monitoring your sugar levels at regular intervals? by doing Serum HbA1C.
5) Do you have any psychological problem ? or any relationship problem with your partner?

As regards your FSH ,LH levels these are not related to sex desire .

Your Testosterone levels of 371 is reasonably normal for your age.

Single readings of these hormonal levels can not basis for treatment .One needs to get average of three readings done at the interval of one month before labelling it to be low levels(Hypogonadism).

Your semen analysis suggests infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .You need to take antibiotics for long term of 3 months and repeat semen analysis after three months.

Your libido could be primarily due to Diabetes .

You have been taking Testosterone depot for libido(Cernos Depot)
Continue taking it and repeat your serum Testosterone levels after 3 months along with any improvement in your symptoms and sex desire.

Prolonged use of Testosterone replacement therapy affects spermatogenesis due to deficiency of endogenous Testosterone .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Single dose will not affect spermatogenesis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.

Single dose of testosterone will not affect spermatogenesis..Testosterone taken over a long period affects spermatogenesis .

You have to do your semen analysis before you take Inj Testosterone,

Continue taking antibiotics that you are taking now and repeat your semen analysis after 2-3 months regarding status of infection .

Thanks and Regards.
